| 摘 要： | 用胸腺素免疫新西兰兔，获得抗胸腺素抗体，建立了胸腺素ＥＬＩＳＡ定量测定法。该法检测灵敏度为３．２ｎｇ／ｍｌ，批内和批间变异系数分别为４．４％和８．９％，方法特异性鉴定显示与另外７种激素无明显交叉反应。该方法灵敏度高、专一性强、重复性好，可用于胸腺素产品的质量检测，具有较大实用价值

| Abstract: | We established an enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) to measure thymosin. The antibody to thymosin was prepared in rabbits. The sensitivity of ELISA was about 3.2ng/ml, intra and interassay coefficient of variation was 4.4% and 8.9%, respectively. It didn't significantly cross react with other seven hormones. The method was sensitive, specific and reproducible. It can be used to measure content of thymosin production and has great application value. |
