无瓣海桑叶子和果实中氨基酸成分的检测分析

摘    要:采用离子色谱-积分脉冲安培法测定红树植物无瓣海桑叶子和果实中氨基酸成分及含量。结果表明,在叶子和果实提取液中含有16种氨基酸,其中7种为人体的必需氨基酸,9种为非必需氨基酸,氨基酸的种类相同,但含量有所差异。

Abstract:The amino acids from leaves and fruits of Sonneratia apetala were studied by HPIC-IPAD.The result showed that both contained 16 amino acids,including 7 essential amino acids,9 nonessential amino acids.They had the same kinds of amino acid but the different content.
