| Abstract: | The plasminogen activation plays a central role in the proteolysis of extracellular matrice. In order to study the regUlating function of PA-PAI-2 system in the invasion and metastasis of tumor cells, we constructed the PAI-2 expression vector which was controlled by MSV LTR and transfected into C cells (which was a non-PAI-2 expression subclone of the HT1080 fibrosarcoma), The regultsOf Northen Blot. Western Blot and assay of PAI activity have showed that C expcan express the 2.0 kb mRNA encoding 47 Kd PAI-2 protein. C exp contains the PAI activity in the cell and on the cell surface. The PAI-2 existing on the cell surface directly regulates the aetivity of uPA-bound cell surface. |
