摘    要:Thirty isolates of the entomophthotalean fungus, Conidiobolus coronatus, derived fromnaturally infected rice planthoppers were investigated for the achvihes of their alkaline protease.Culturing in sabouraud broth for 48h at 26℃, the isolates yield a dry mycelium biomass of 29.2mg / ml with a maximum of 32mg / ml. ACTIVITY OF ALKALINE PROTEASE PRODUCED BYCONIDIOBOLUS CORONATUS IN LIQUID CULTURE
