果蝇背闭合行为中DJNK信号转导途径研究进展

摘    要:Jun氨基末端激酶 (JunN terminalkinase ,JNK)是一种重要的细胞信号传递者。它参与了细胞生长、分化、程序性死亡等生理过程 ,而且在调节上皮细胞运动和形态发生等方面也起着重要作用。大量研究证实 ,在果蝇Drosophila的背闭合行为 (dorsalclosure,DC)中 ,DJNK(DrosophilaJNK)的调节是关键。文章就果蝇DC的发生过程以及DJNK信号途径的研究进展作一简要的综述。

Abstract:The Jun N-terminal kinase(JNK)is an important cell signal transmitter, which involves in cell growth, survival, proliferation and apoptosis. Furthermore, the JNK pathway has recently emerged as crucial regulators of cell migration and the morphogenetic movement of epithelial sheets. Recent genetic studies in the dorsal closure (DC) of Drosophila have revealed that the conserved JNK signal pathway regulates reorganization of the actin cytoskeleton of the leading edge (LE), as well as the epithelial morphogenesis. This article focuses on the process of DC and recent advances in research on the function of the DJNK pathways in DC of Drosophila.
