摘    要:研究了多脂鳞伞(Pholiota adiposa)、翘鳞伞(P.squarrosa)和多脂翘鳞伞(P.squarroso-adiposa)三种鳞伞属真菌的菌丝生物学特性。结果表明,多脂鳞伞和翘鳞伞菌丝生长的最适碳源为麦芽糖;多脂翘鳞伞最适碳源为蔗糖和麦芽糖。多脂鳞伞和翘鳞伞最适氮源均为牛肉膏和酵母膏;而多脂翘鳞伞最佳氮源为酵母膏和蛋白胨。三种菌丝生长的最适温度均为25℃。多脂鳞伞在pH值6~8均生长良好,最适pH值7~8,偏碱性;翘鳞伞和多脂翘鳞伞最适pH值均为6~7。

Abstract:The biological characteristics of Pholiota adiposa,P. squarrosa,and P.squarroso-adiposa,which belong to Pholiota,were studied.It showed that the optimum carbon source of Pholiota adiposa and P.squarrosa was maltose and the optimum carbon source of P.squarroso-adiposa was saccharose maltose;the optimum nitrogen sources of P.adiposa and P. squarrosa were beef extract and yeast extract and the optimum nitrogen sources of P.squarroso-adiposa were yeast extract and peptone. The optimum temperature of the three species was all 25℃,and the optimum pH of P.adiposa was 7~8 and it can grow at pH 6~8;the optimum pH of P.squarrosa and P.squarroso-adiposa was 6~7.
