| Abstract: | A stopped-flow apparatus especially adapted for experiments with aqueous-organic solutions of enzymes at subzero temperatures is described.Performance data are given and discussed in a study of the reaction between ascorbate and 2,6-dichlorophenol-indophenol (DCPIP) in an “antifreeze” aqueous-organic mixture as a function of temperature. |
