摘    要:在蜜蜂被刺激眼的同侧视叶内记录方向选择前进和后退水平运动灵敏的细胞反应。水平前进运动灵敏细胞对同侧前进运动的反应为很强的兴奋和去极化,以及去极化伴随有锋电位发放,同侧的后退运动引起抑制和超极化。在仅刺激对侧眼时,发放的频率不依赖于运动。水平后奶退运动灵敏的细胞对同侧水平后退运动反应出很强的兴奋和去极化,其去极化上伴随有锋电位发放,锋电位达不到零电位而且在其终点没有回射,同侧的前进运动几乎没有反应。

Abstract:A moving vertically-striped grating was stood stationary or moved parallel to the longitudinal body axis of the bee by its left eye as visual stimulus. The grating was generated by pseudorandom-image generator. Grating movements from front to back is termed as progressive, and from back to front is termed as regressive. Intracellular recording of horizontal progressive motion sensitive cells and regressive motion sensitive cells have been made from ipsilateral neurons in the left optic lobe and brain of worker honeybees. Horizontal proressive motion sensitive cells are excited and depolarized by ipsilatera] progressive motion but are inhibited and hyperpolarized by ipsilateral regressive motion. During stimuli to right eye only, the frequencies are independent on movement. Horizontal discharge regressive motion sensitive cells are strongly excited and depolarized by ipsilateral regressive motion, and upon depolarizations spike discharges are superimposed. Ipsilateral progressive motion has little effect on it. Other horizontal movement directionally seletive cells with and without spikes have been recorded. Directionally seletive cells with spikes was strongly excited by progressive movement over the left eye alone. No synaptic potentials were recorded in these cells. Some cells sensitive to horizontal movement but with no spike were also recorded.
