| 摘 要： | 本文用金黄色葡萄球菌及其稳定的Ｌ型，经静脉和阴道注射等方式感染小鼠，发现金葡萄菌及其Ｌ型可引起小鼠不育并有致肿瘤的可能。用金葡菌及Ｌ型感染组小鼠的妊娠率仅为２５～５０％，对照组妊娠率为１００％，Ｐ＜０．０１；同时发现感染组小鼠有６．３％发生恶性肿瘤，而且Ｌ型菌还可通过胎盘屏障引起子鼠的垂直感染。

| Abstract: | Sterility and tuinor formation were observed in mice aftersntravenaus and intravagina infection of staphyloccus aureus and stableL-forms.It was found that the rate of pregnancy in the infected groupwere 25-50% lower than the uninfected control group(P<0.01),6.3% of theinfected group were also shown to have tumor formation.In addition,thestaphylococcus L-forms may pass troughthe placental barrier and transmitvertically to the fetal mice. |
