| Abstract: | In this study, the mechanism of incorporation of heterologous sperm genome was studied by a series of experimental cytological analyses. Cytological observation and chromosome analysis revealed that the heterolo-gous sperm nuclei could be induced to decondense or even pronucleate in some eggs, thus the multiple hybrids with the paternal genome or chromosomes were produced. |
