Present status of bat-rabies in Europe |

| Abstract: | Since 1985 there has been an increase of bat rabies in Europe, especially in Denmark, the Federal Republic of Germany and the Netherlands. The present knowledge on the epidemiology, diagnosis and prophylaxis of the disease is summarized. |
