| Abstract: | Macrocyclic di- and tetra-amides with thia- and oxylinkages were synthesized and screened for in vitro anti-inflammatory activity. Cyclophane diamide 15 showed a dose-dependent activity, while the other cyclophane amides 16-20 exhibited mild activity. |
