摘    要:细胞凋亡是存在于所有哺乳动物细胞中的保守途径,它在胚胎发育阶段的组织形成和维持细胞动态平衡中有十分重要的作用。细胞凋亡的途径主要为两种,即死亡受体信号途径和线粒体途径,它们的激活会产生不同的上游事件,但下游事件是一致的。细胞凋亡是受多基因严格控制的过程。随着分子生物学技术的发展,对多种细胞凋亡的过程有了相当的认识,但凋亡过程的确切机制尚不完全清楚。简要阐述了与细胞凋亡相关的信号转导途径,以及参与其中的多种调节因子的作用机理。

Abstract:Apoptosis, a genetically conserved pathway in all mammalian cells, is both essential for the generation of multicelluar tissues during embryonic development as well as the maintenance of cells homeostasis. In apoptosis, there are two major pathways that are death receptor signaling pathway and mitochondrial pathway. Although their up-stream activations are different, their down-stream activations are accordant. Apoptosis is a way which is control strictly by many certain genes. With the develop of molecular technology to study apoptosis of many kinds of cell, the real mechanism of apoptosis still fails to be disclosed. This review elaborated signal transduction pathways and several regulators concerning apoptosis.
