| Abstract: | Summary The genetic map of the Rhizobium phage 16-3 was constructed by crosses between mutants. The genetic material was identified as DNA, its composition and molecular weight determined and conformation studied. Also genetic transfer, transfection and specialized cysteine transduction was achieved. |
