| 摘 要： | Hela细胞免疫BALB/C小鼠,取鼠脾细胞与SP2/0细胞融合,用细胞保护试验筛选到了抗细胞受体的抗体。二个细胞系分泌的抗体能封闭Hela细胞上的受体,阻止柯萨奇病毒的感染。

| Abstract: | BALB/C mice were immunized with Hela celis. The spleen of immune mouse was removed, and the spleen celis were fused with SP2/0 celis. The antibodies against cell receptors were selected by cell protection assay, Nine positive clones have been obtained. Two of them ( R6, R37 ) were recloned three times by limiting dilution method. These antibobies were IgG 2a and IgG 2b respectively. They can inhibit virus infectioa by coxsackie viruses B,2, B4 and B6, but not B1, B3 and B5. Using indirect immunofluorescence test, definite immunofluorescence of cell membrane of Hela celis was shown by these two monoclonal antibodies. |
