| Abstract: | The period that the mammary gland bioreactor studies is long, the cost is expensive, the risk is great, it is necessary to detect expression carrier rationality and validity before producing the transgenic animal. This article summarized recent progress in detection of mammary specified expression vector, which include transgenic mouse, animal mammary gland express and cell culture using these detecting methods. |
