生长素、细胞分裂素和三十烷醇对米兰空中压条生根的影响

摘    要:采用滤纸法经对比试验及正交设计试验研究了混合生长素(萘乙酸和吲哚丁酸等量混合物)单用或与苄基腺嘌呤及三十烷醇相配合,对小叶米兰(Aglaia odorata Lour. var. microphyllina DC.,)空中压条生根的影响。发现三类生长物质适当配合或仅用混合生长素,都能大大改善米兰空中压条生根的质量,对加速繁殖有肯定作用。三因素最佳配合每枝压条的用量是:混合生长素3.0,苄基腺嘌呤0.075,三十烷醇10~(-4)毫克。在生产上每枝压条单用混合生长素1.5—3.0毫克亦可获得增加生根数目与根总长度以及提早生根的效果。 讨论了生长物质作用的可能原因,滤纸法及正交设计用于农业生物学试验的优点。

EFFECTS OF AUXINS,CYTOKININ AND TRIACONTANOL ON ROOTING OF AGLAIA BY AIR LAYERING
Abstract:In this report we suggest to use the method of filter paper of contained growth substances in air layering, through contrast experiment and orthogonal design experiment, we have studied the effects of mixture auxins ( Indole- 3 -butyric acid and α-naphthylacetic acid in equal proportion) used singly or in combination with benzyl amino purine and triacontanol on rooting of Aglaia odorata Lour. var. microphllina DC. in air layering.Experimental results proved that applying filter paper of growth substances has a positive effect in initiation and development of roots in the air layering of Aglaia. The effect of mixture auxins was the notablest in three types of regulators, the optimum contents of which were 1.5-3.0 mg per marcotte, effect of benzyl amino purine was mediate, the optimum contents of which were 0.05-0.075 mg per marcotte, effect of triacontanol was smaller, and its moderate amonts were 10-4-10-3 mg per marco-tte, The optimum coordinate of three types of regulators was: mixture auxins 3.0, bezyl amino purine 0.075 and triacontanol 10-4 mg per marco-tte.In order to apply simply in production, only used mixture auxins 1.5 - 3.0 mg per marcotte, and got fine results, too. we applied more amounts of them to the stronger shoots of marcotte , but less amounts to the weaker ones.Probable cause of actions of growth substances in air layering and many advantages of using filter paper method and orthogonal design in agrobiological experimet were discussed.
