| 摘 要： | 对马尾松有丝分裂中期染色体荧光带纹的分析结果表明，其色霉素Ａ的染色体的荧光带赤；１对为着丝粒区和臂间我均有带纹的中间着丝染色体。６对为臂间区有带纺的中间着丝粒染色体；２对为着丝粒区有带纹的中间着丝粒染色体；３对无带纹的中间或近中着丝粒染色体；１对为着丝粒区有带纹的近中着丝粒染色体。

| Abstract: | Root-tip metaphase chromosomes of Pinus massoniana were sequentiallystained with CMA and DAPI. P. massoniana had a pair of metacentric chromosomes withtwo CMA-bands at proximal and interstitial regions,six pairs of metacentric chromosome with interstitial CMA-band, a pair of metacentric chromosome with proximalCMA-band, and three pairs of metacentric or submetacentric chromosome withoutCMA-band as well as a pair of submetacentric chromosome with proximal CMA-band.But the DAPI banding pattern was different from CMA banding pattern. P. masonianahad three pairs of metacentric chromosomes with two DAPI-bands at proximal and interstitial regions, a pair of metacentric chromosome with interstitial DAPI-band, sixpairs of metacentric chromosome with proximal DAPI-band,and two pairs of metacentric or submetacentric chromosome without DAPLband. |
