摘    要:利用K-B纸片扩散法和生长速率法分别研究了从湿生扁蕾中得到的6个化合物对细菌和真菌的抑制作用.结果表明:6个化合物对供试菌有一定的抑制作用.其中1,7-二羟基-3,8-二甲氧基(口山)酮对毛霉,辣椒疫霉,瓜类枯萎病菌的抑制率分别达到58.3%,51.4%,50.7%.

Abstract:To study the antimicrobial activity of the constituents isolated from the herb of C.entianopsis paludosa, K-B paper diffusion and mycelial growth rate methods were used to determine antibacterial activity and antiftmgal activity, respectively. The constituents showed inhibitory effects on the tested microbe. The inhibitory rates of 1,7-dihydroxy-3,8-dimethoxyxanthone on Mucoraceae, Phytophthora capsici, Fusarium oxysporum were 58.3 %, 51.4%, 50.7 %, respectively.
