| Abstract: | A modification of the S. Panyim and R. Chalkley (1969, Arch. Biochem. Biophys.130, 337) acetic acid-urea polyacrylamide gel system to include a stacking gel has been devised. The modification makes possible the use of acetic acid-urea gels in the microslab system of P. T. Matsudaira and D. R. Burgess (1978, Anal. Biochem.87, 386). |
