摘    要:为了加强学生对微生物学基本操作技术的掌握,培养学生的创新精神和实践能力,从微生物学实验课程的教学内容安排、教学方式方法以及微生物学实验考核方式等几个方面进行了改革,阐述了具体措施与成效。

Abstract:In order to help students master the basic operating techniques and cultivate the practical abilities and student's initiative,we made some improvements for microbiology experiment teaching in the following aspects including the teaching methods and content arrangements for sections of basic experiment and comprehensive experiment,respectively,as well as evaluation methods for the experi-ments of students.It was proven that these improvements were effective.
