摘    要:腐胺、亚精胺和精胺对稀脉萍的成花均有一定的抑制作用,这种作用随多肢的浓度增加而增强。多胺合成抑制剂MGBG强烈抑制稀脉萍群体的增殖速率,并使稀脉萍群体在非诱导光周期下开花。这种由MGBG引起的增殖速率的降低及成花诱导作用均可被多胺逆转。稀脉萍成花诱导过程中,内源腐胺含量显著升高,亚精胺则下降。

Abstract:Putrescine (Put), spermine (Spm) and sper- midine (Spd), when added to the modified Hutner culture medium, inhibited flower for- mation of the short-day plant Lemna aequinoc- tialis 6746 under inductive photoperiods. Among the three polyamines used, Spm exerted the greatest inhibition and Put the smallest, with Spd in between. It seems that the de- gree of inhibition increases with the number of amino groups in the molecule. The inhibitor of polyamine biosynthesis, methylglyoxal-bis (guanylhydrazone) (MGBG) induced flowering of the plants growing under continuous light. That means that MGBG can "replace" short day treatment. This effect of MGBG on floral induction can be weakened by the application of PA's. During the seven day dark induction of the plants, the endogenous Spd content decreased, while the endogenous Put content increased, while the total PA content did not change much, as assayed by HPLC. PA, at Iow concentrations, slightly stimulated growth of the plants, while at higher concentrations. inhibited growth.
