耐碱和耐热木聚糖酶研究进展

摘    要:木聚糖酶是一种重要的工业用酶,近年来由于它在制浆和造纸工业中的特殊用途而受到广泛关注。在制浆和造纸工业中需要耐碱和耐热的木聚糖酶。要得到这样的木聚糖酶有两种办法,一是从极端环境中筛选这样的高产木聚糖酶的微生物,其二是用先进的生物技术对现有的木聚糖酶进行遗传改造,以达到耐热和耐碱的目的。

Abstract:Xylanases are important enzyme and have various applications in industry.Their application in pulp and paper industry is especially attractive since they can reduce some environmental pollutants.Those with higher thermostability and optimal activity at alkaline pH are of particular importance to the paper and pulp industry due to the demands of conditions under which the enzymatic reactions are carried out.There are two ways to obtain such enzymes,the first is to screen high-productivity microorganism from extreme environment,the other is make use of site-directed mutagenesis as well as other high technology to alter wild enzyme more desirable.The advance of xylanase on the two aspects were reviewed.
