摘    要:目的:检测荷瘤鼠体内mn23(肿瘤转移抑制因子)与S-100蛋白的表达,探讨其表达与肿瘤发生、转移的关系。方法:将B16恶性黑色素瘤细胞人工植入C57小鼠背部皮下,制荷瘤鼠模型,取对照组和病变皮肤作免疫组化染色。结果:早期肿瘤nm23和S-100蛋白阳性表达的数密度和面密度明显增高,与对照组、晚期组比较差异显著(P〈0.05)。结论:在B16黑色素瘤荷瘤鼠nm23和S-100蛋白的表达与肿瘤的发生、转移呈负相关。

Abstract:Objective: To determine the expression and significance of Nm23 and S-100 Proteins and explore the relationship between them and tumor's forming and metastases.Methods: The cultured melanoma cells were transplanted into the hypoderm of the back of Rats C57 to make rat models.The pathological skins were taken out and were dyed by using method-immunity group.Results: The number density and area density of positive expression of Nm23 and S-100 Proteins increased obviously.Compared to control group and late tumor group,the difference was more significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: The expression of Nm 23 and S-100 Proteins in Rats B16 has negative relevance to the tumors' forming and metastases.
