| Abstract: | Purified GPV could be detected at a concentration as low as 5ng/ml with GPV-specific immunoglobulin ( IgG ) by ELISA. Homologous and he-terologous reactions reavealed a difference in serological specificity between GPV and PAGV by ELISA. ELISA can detect GPV in viruliferous aphids in mixed specimens of more than 50 aphids but not in single aphids specimens. |
