高尿酸血症和痛风的流行病学及其危险因素的研究进展

高尿酸血症和痛风是由于长期嘌呤代谢紊乱所引起的一种代谢性疾病,随着各国经济的发展,其患病率在全球范围呈逐年升高的趋势,因此相关研究也日益增多.本文就近年来有关高尿酸血症与痛风的流行病学及其危险因素的研究作一综述,并着重阐述高尿酸血症与糖尿病关系的相关研究进展.

The Advances in Epidemiological and Risk Factors Study on Gout and Hyperuricemia

Hyperuricemia and gout are metabolic diseases caused by long-term abnormal metabolism of purine.The clinical manifestations of gout include acute gouty arthritis,chronic gouty arthropathy,tophi,renal functional impairment,urolithiasis and ob- structive uropathy.Priority associated with gout is hyperuricemia.Yet only 5%-10% of patients with hyperuricemia will develop to gout. Diabetes mellitus,hyperlipaemia,hypertension,gouty nephropathy,coronary heart disease and fatty liver are the common disorder ac- companying gout.With the rapid development of economy,the incidence rate of hyperuricemia and gout is increasing annually around the world,and the number of cases in China has also been increasing rapidly over the past twenty years.Therefore,related studies have attracted much attention.We reviewed the advance of epidemiological and risk factors study on gout and hyperuficemia in recent years, and the relationship between hyperuricemia and diabetes mellitus is an important point to be clarified in this paper.
