| Abstract: | Electrophoretic separation of house mouse (Mus musculus) hemoglobins on starch gel in a 0.2 M tris maleate NaOH pH 7.0 buffer facilitates the recognition of the three phenotypes controlled by locus Hbb. Evidence that Hbb does control the electrophoretic patterns with this buffer system is discussed.This investigation was supported by National Research Council of Canada Grant A-867. |
