摘    要:针对植物次生代谢物合成积累规律研究中经常出现结论不相一致的问题进行了系统分析,根据作者的研究实践和对文献资料的综合分析认为,其主要原因是在采收分析样品时忽视了地域、立地、个体、品系、年龄、采样部位、采样时期、样品贮存时间等差异因素对植物次生代谢物合成积累的干扰。特别是对个体差异因素的影响认识不足。但是,这些因素所产生的植物次生代谢物合成积累差异性.是植物遗传学(基因型杂合)、生态学(环境差异)特性所引起的,是客观存在。如果在采样过程中忽视了上述因素,测试样品来源(采样)不在同一水平,其测试数据的分析比较就失去了一致性、可比性的前提条件,即使植物次乍代谢物含量测试方法精确一致,其结论也不符合客观规律。因此,在进行植物次生代谢物合成积累规律研究时.排除上述干扰因素的样品来源(采样)是至关重要的。

Abstract:Causes of inconsistent results existed in the study of the rules of secondary metabolite synthesis and accumulation in plant are analyzed. The main reason is the ignorance of the impacts on the synthesis and accumulation of secondary metabolites while collecting samples, such as locations, sites, individuals, clones, ages of the plants, sample-collecting time and parts of the plants and especially the difference among individuals. However, the differences existed in the synthesis and accumulation of secondary metabolites affected by such factors are decided by genetic (mixed genotype) and ecological (environment difference) features of the plants. If such mentioned factors were ignored when collecting samples, incorrect conclusion would be achieved. This is because the samples are not collected from the same level, and the analysis of the measured data lost the precondition for coherence and comparability, and the conclusion would not be objective even if the methods of the measurements were precise. Therefore, it is of great importance to eliminate such disturbing factors mentioned during collecting samples while studying the rules of secondary metabolite synthesis and accumulation in plant.
