蛋白质编码区与非编码区的特征与识别

摘    要:在核苷酸序列分析中,一个重要的问题是如何识别一段未知序列中的编码区和非编码区.近年来提出了一些方法,但效果都不够理想.本文在对编码区与非编码区特征进行大量统计分析的基础上,提出一种加权距离判别法,并对该方法的精度进行了评价.

Abstract:How to discriminate between protein coding and non-coding is very important in analysis of nucleotide sequences.Several methods were suggested,but these methods are not very effective.In this paper,a weighted distance discrimination was suggested based on statistical analysis of protein coding and non-coding regions.Evaluation of this method was also provided.
