摘    要:引言马铃薯块茎在贮藏期中因萌芽而造成的损失已为众所周知的事情。近年来曾研究用原子射线(Glueckauf,1955;Sparrow 和 Christensen,1954)或化学药剂(Denny,1945;Audus,1953;Smith,1954)处理以抑制萌芽。1955年间我们曾用 Maleichydrazide(MH),Naphthalene acetic acid(NAA),2,4-Dichlorophenoxyaceticacid(2,4-D)与2,4,5-Trichlorophenoxyacetic acid(2,4,5-T)等数种药品于收获前喷洒马铃薯的茎叶,结果发现 MH 不抑制块茎上芽的萌发但萌发的芽一般不再伸

Abstract:Seed pieces of potato tubers(Solanum tuberosum var.small white)were planted on March 12,1956 at Lunghwa experimental farm,Shanghai.It emerged one month later and started to bloom by the end of May.The tubers were harvested on July 3.Triethanolamine salt of malefic hydrazide (1500 and 3000 ppm) weresprayed to the foliage of the potato plants on the following dates:May25, June 12, and June 20.
