| Abstract: | Several new bacteriophages infecting strain C3 ofCitrobacter intermedius have been isolated from fresh waters. The physicochemical properties, plaque morphology, growth characteristics, virion structure, and immunology of eight bacteriophage isolates are reported. The phages are classified into three groups according to their characteristics. |
