| Abstract: | Amplification and cloning of dahlia mosaic virus promoter were carried out for the first time. Sequence analysis showed homology
between this promoter and the promoters of other caulimoviruses. In addition, amplification and cloning of the carnation etched
ring virus promoter was performed.
