Abstract:Lysosomal, microsomal and peroxisomal fractions have been isolated from the liver cells of rabbits infected with Staphylococcus aureus pathogenic strain 274 by differential centrifugation in the density gradient of sucrose. The study of the fractions of cell organelles by electron-cytochemical and biochemical methods in the dynamics of the development of infection has revealed changes in the activity of marker enzymes, which is indicative of structural and functional shifts occurring in subcellular structures.
