| 摘 要： | 骨髓间充质干细胞（BMSC）是一种具有多向分化能力且能无限增殖的间质细胞,在肝脏疾病的作用已经得到证实。肝移植是目前治疗终末期肝病最为有效的方法,随着脂肪性供肝等边缘性供肝的增加,如何使边缘性供肝更好的发挥功能,成为了新的研究热点。研究BMSC对脂肪性供肝肝移植术后肝脏功能恢复的影响将为其在临床上的应用提供依据。

| Abstract: | Bone marrow mesenchymal smen cells are a kind of stem cells capable of multi-lineage differentiation and infinite proliferation. They have been proven to be effective for liver diseases. The best treatment for end-stage liver disease is liver transplantation at present. Transplantation of marginal donor liver is increasing. Study on the application of BMCS on hepatic function recovery after fatty liver transplantation can provide a basis for clinical application. |
