| 摘 要： | 本文总结了我院自89年以来的24例经手术和病理证实的海绵状血管瘤,就期MRI表现特征,诊断与鉴别诊断要点作了较详细的分析研究。认为MRI对此病的检出率及定位正确性有着传统方法及CT不可比拟的优点,但其定性诊断的正确率有待进一步提高。随着MRI仪的不断普及和放射科医生经验的不断积累,人们对海绵状血管瘤这一少见的血管性病变的认识一定会不断提高。

| Abstract: | The magnetic resonance imaging appearance of 24 pathologically confirmed cavernous angiomas were retrospectively reviewed. We stressed on the MRI diagnosis and differential dgnosis in cavernous angiomas. It is concluded that three dimensional imaging of MRI is important predisposing factor in localization of the lesions and compared with CT, MRI has it strong points. It is necessary to improved the level of diagnosis by accumulating the diagnostic experience and extensive application of MRI. |
