中国鲎胚胎血细胞生成的初步电镜观察

摘    要:人工孵育的鲎胚,以光镜和电镜观察其血细胞发生过程。血细胞包括变形细胞和蓝细胞二系列,均可分为原始、幼稚和成熟三阶段。血细胞生成开始于胚胎的附肢原基形成阶段,变形细胞最早见于胚区,蓝细胞先出现于胚外部分。鲎胚中未发现具备组织结构的造血器官,造血系在结缔组织和血腔中进行。

Abstract:This paper deals with the hemocytopoiesis in the embryo of horseshoe crab, Tachypleus tridentatus. The embryos were obtained by artificial insemination and incubation. The specimens for light microscopic studies consisted of 20 embryos 13-21 days old, 3 late embryos and 3 trilobite larvae shortly before and after hatching; while those for electron microscopy included 6 embryos of 13-19 days old, 1 late embryo and 1 trilobite larva.Hemocytopoiesis first appeared in the embryo during the stage of the appearance of limb buds. Only amebocytic and cyanocytic series were found. The ultrastructure and developmental course of both series were described.Both cell series appeared to originate from mesodermal cells. The amebocytic series was first found in the embryonic area, while the cyanocytic cells had their beginning in the ex-traembryonic part. There wasn't any definite hemopoietic tissue in the strict sense in the embryo of horseshoe crab, only dissociated groups of hemocytes were found in the connective tissue and sinus-like spaces. The amebocytes were distributed diffusely, but cyanocytic cells usually appeared in the vicinity of the vitelline mass.
