Abstract:Generalization of inbreeding coefficient and coefficient of parentage with an arbitrary number of linked loci is presented. Transformation relations between those generalized quantities are obtained for simple components of pedigree. With those relations we can construct transformation formulae for more complicated pedigrees. Relationships among the generalized quantities and traditional ones are shown.
