内蒙古中东部草原羽茅内生真菌的分类

摘    要:从内蒙古中东部草原7个不同地理种群的羽茅Achnatherum sibiricum中分离、培养得到484株内生真菌,根据其形态学特征进行了分类学鉴定。结果表明,其中大部分菌株属于Neotyphodium内生真菌,并发现有少量Neotyphodium有性型Epichloё菌株存在。通过与已发表模式菌株的比较,鉴定其中两个种为N.chisosum和N.huerfanum。N.chisosum为羽茅内生真菌的优势种,而N.huerfanum是首次在羽茅中被发现。对其余暂未能确定种的菌株的菌落和显微形态特征进行了详细描述。不同地理种群羽茅内生真菌的分离率有自东向西增加的趋势,而内生真菌的形态多样性有自东向西减少的趋势。

Abstract:A total of 484 endophytic fungal isolates were obtained and purified from 7 different geographic populations of Achnatherum sibiricum. Two species of endophytic Neotyphodium were identified. They were N. chisosum and N. huerfanum. The former exists in all of the geographic populations of Achnatherum sibiricum and become a dominant endophytic fungal species, and the latter has not been reported previously in A. sibiricum. Morphological characteristics of the unidentified isolates were described in detail. The isolation rate of endophytic fungi in A. sibiricum showed an ascending trend from the east to the west, while the morphological diversity of the fungi showed a trend of ascendant from the west to the east.
