青海省不同地区羌活脂溶性化学成分的研究

摘    要:采用毛细管气相-质谱法对青海省不同地区羌活脂溶性化学成分进行分析和鉴定,共分离出80余个成分,鉴定了60个,并用面积归一法确定其相对含量。结果表明,其化学成分以亚油酸、水菖蒲酮、十六烷酸及3,5-豆甾二烯为主,不同地区间羌活脂溶性化学成分种类和含量均有明显的差异。

Abstract:The chemical constituents of the liposoluble portion from the roots of Notopterygium incisum Ting ex H.T.Chang in different districts of Qinghai were separated and identified by GC-MS.More than eighty kinds of peaks and sixty-eight species of compounds were separated and identified.The relative components of these compounds were calculated using square peaks to normalization.The major constitutes were 9,12-octadecadienoic acid (Z,Z),Shyobunone,n-hexadecanoic acid and stigmastan-3,5dien.The result showed there are significant differences among the components and contents of liposoluble constituents of N.incisum Ting ex H.T.Chang in different districts.
