| Abstract: | With microinjection,a fusion gene in plasmid pcMTcGH linking the cMT (common carp metallothionein) promoter to cGH (salmon growth hormone) gene was introduced into the embryos of late one cell stage to establish all fish transgenic Common Carp.When the fry could swim steadily,its incorporated exogene was detected by dot blot,PCR Southern and genomic Southern methods.The integration rate was as higy as 37.7%.We also established detection methods with high accuracy and sensitivity. |
