摘    要:平贝母(Fritillaria ussuriensis Maxim)鳞茎切块分别在含噻二唑苯基脲(TDZ)或激动素(Kin)的培养基上脱分化过程中的苯丙氨酸解氨酶、淀粉酶、吲哚乙酸氧化酶和过氧化物酶活性均增强,在外植体脱分化前达到峰值,随后下降。TDZ处理下这些酶的活性均高于Kin处理。可溶性蛋白含量的变化趋势与酶活性变化相同,只是TDZ作用下蛋白含量增加的相对水平较低。说明TDZ具有比Kin更强的细胞分裂素活性。

Abstract:Some physiological and biochemical changes in the process of dedifferentiation of F. ussuriensis bulb cuttings cultured on the media containing thidiazuron (TDZ) or kinetin (Kin) had been studied. Re-sults showed that phenylalanine ammonia lyase,amylase,indoleacetic acid oxidase,and peroxidase activities and soluble protein content increased in the process of dedifferentiation,and reached the peak value before callusing,then decreased. The activities of these enzymes under TDZ treatment were higher than that under Kin,while soluble protein content under TDZ was lower than that under Kin.
