碘过量大鼠仔鼠垂体促甲状腺激素细胞的组织学研究

摘    要:目的探讨不同剂量碘过量对大鼠20日龄仔鼠垂体促甲状腺激素细胞的形态学影响。方法将断乳1个月的Wistar大鼠,雌雄各半,随机分为4组:NI组、10HI组、50HI组、100HI组。饲养3个月的雌雄大鼠1:1合笼交配产生仔鼠,断乳后的仔鼠喂养同上述大鼠。测定20日龄仔鼠垂体TSH细胞的体密度和面数密度。结果100HI组仔鼠垂体TSH细胞的体密度高于NI组,10HI、50HI与NI组相比无差异,各碘过量组的面数密度与NI组相比也无差别。结论大剂量碘过量可造成大鼠仔鼠乖体TSH细胞分泌颗粒蓄积,细胞体积增大。

Histological Study on TSH Cells of Postnatal Rats with Iodine Excess

Abstract:Objective To study the morphological effect of iodine excess on TSH cells of pituitary in 20 days postnatal Wistar rats. Methods Wistar rats, 1 month after lactation were randomly divided into 4 groups: Normal iodine group (NI), 10, 50 and 100 times of normal iodine group (10HI, 50HI and 100HI). After 3 months the female and male rats were mated by 1 : 1 and produced postnatal rats. The postnatal rats were feeding in the same way as the parental rats. On age of 20 days, the postnatal rats were killed and the volume density (Vv) and numerical density on area of TSH cells were analyzed. Results Compared with NI group, volume density of TSH cells in 100HI group were increased, while no significant changes can be found in 10 HI, 50 HI groups. Compared with NI group, no significant changes of numerical density on area of TSH cells can be found in any experimental groups. Conclusion High dose of iodine excess can cause accumulation of endocrine granules in THS cells and increase of cellular volume of TSH cells.
