| 摘 要： | 参照人SRY基因HMG－box保守区的序列，设计一对兼并引物，扩增了虎纹蛙的Sox基因，并对扩增产物进行了克隆和测序。结果在雌雄个体中共筛选出四个不同的Sox基因，其序列与人相应SOX基因的相似性分别为92％、94％、985和98％。本研究为探索虎纹蛙的性别决定机制提供了分子资料。

| Abstract: | Amplified the Sox gene of Rana rugulosa Wiegmann with degenerate primers which specially amplify the conservation sequence of human HMG-box gene. By cloning and sequencing the amplification products,four different Sox genes were obtained from male and female body. The identity of possible amino acid sequence to SOX of human is 92%,94%,98%,and 98%,respectively. This article supplied data for the study for Sex-determining mechanism of Rana rugulosa Wiegmann and for the evolution of Sox gene. |
