Comparison of the antioxidant activity of aqueous and ethanolic extracts from chaga (Inonotus obliquus)

Abstract:Additional extraction of biologically active compounds from a chaga shred has been carried out after completion of the aqueous extraction. The extraction was carried out using ethanol. We have shown that the antioxidant activity of the ethanolic extracts and their components is higher than that of the aqueous extracts.
