| Abstract: | he history of the utilization of Mo Yu(Amorphophallus konjac K. Koch)in China was traced from the viewpoint of ethnobotany,the different uses between another two species(A.konjac and A. sinensis)were also discussed. It is concluded that A. konjac is a valuable edible plant with various effects,and is worth for extendible exploitation. |
