| 摘 要： | 江苏野菜资源丰富，共计１９２种，隶属４４科１０８属，其中蕨类植物７科１５属５１种，种子植物３７科９３属１４１种。江苏野菜利用历史悠久，近年已发展成为规模种植，产生良好的经济效益和社会效益。

| Abstract: | iangsu Province is rich in wild vegetable resources.There are about 192 taxa of wild vegetabletq belonging to 108 genera. Some of them are traditional species for utilization such as 15 genera with 21 taxa in Asteraceae, 8 genera 14 taxa in Cruciferae,7 genera 8 taxa in Umbelliferae,5 genera 8 taxa in Leguminosae and 3 genera 4 taxa in Araliaceae,etc,The evaluation and the way of rational exploration and utilization of wild vegetable resources with potential superiority in Jiangsu Province are discussed. |
