| 摘 要： | 目的建立心肌梗死小鼠模型。方法40只昆明小鼠,PTCA导丝逆行引导下气管插管,人工呼吸,采用开胸结扎左冠状动脉前降支方法造成心肌梗死。结果40只小鼠成功行左前降支结扎术;术后1天存活小鼠38只,术后2周存活32只。结论此方法可有效模拟心肌梗死的发生。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish myocardial infarction model in mice.Method 40 mice were anesthetized with pentobarbital sodium.The wire of percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty(PTCA) was retrogressed to oral cavity through trachea by which the tracheal intubation was guided.Then the chest was opened and left anterior descending coronary artery was ligated Result The operation was successfully finished in all mice.There were 38 mice survival after 1 day and 32 mice alive after 2 weeks.Conclusion The myocardial infarction model could be effectively imitated through this method. |
