Abstract: | A multiphenotypically thermosensitive plasmid, Rts1, was found to confer upon the host cell of K12 an increased permeability through the cell surface to Actinomycin D and rifampicin as well as a detrimental host cell growth at 42°C only when it existed autonomously but not in an integrated state. |
