摘    要:新生儿缺氧缺血脑病 ( hypoxic- ischem ic encephalapothy,HIE)是引起新生儿死亡及影响新生儿发育成长的一种常见病。使用丹酰氯反应 ,聚酰胺薄层析方法 ,分析了新生儿 HIE体液 (脑脊液及血液 )中 9种游离氨基酸水平的改变 ,以此探讨新生儿 HIE的发病机理 ,诊断依据以及治疗效果

Abstract:The free amino acids in the body fluid from patrents with neonate hypoxic-ischemic encephalopothy were determined by means of DNS-Cl reaction-polyamide thin layer chromatography. Comparing with the body fluid from 34 healthy controls, it was found that (1)Levels of 7 free amino acids in CSF of neonates with HIE signiticantly increased. Levels of Glu and Asp among 7 free amino acids had positive relation to degree of HIE; (2)After therapy, the levels of 7 amino acid in CSF of neonates with HIE significant dereased. But level of Gln in body fluid was no change. It implied that levels of Glu, Asp, Gln might be an index for the diagnosis and prognosis of neonates with HIE and of the degree of brain damage.
