佐剂性关节炎大鼠丘脑束旁核单位放电的观察

用佐剂性关节炎(AA)大鼠做为慢性痛的动物模型,以清醒麻痹大鼠束旁核单位放电为指标,观察了在慢性疼痛状态下以及健康鼠束旁核单位放电的改变。当给触毛刺激时,健康鼠124个有诱发反应的单位中有40个(32%)增频,73个(59%)无改变;而 AA 鼠109个单位中有51个(47%)增频,44个(40%)无改变(P<0.05)。在上述单位中,健康鼠有73个(59%)属伤害感受性单位,49个(40%)属会聚性单位,AA 鼠有44个(40%)属伤害感受性单位,63个(58%)属会聚性单位(P<0.05)。上述结果提示:AA 鼠对轻微的机械刺激似有增敏现象,AA 鼠束旁核中会聚性单位多于健康鼠。

OBSERVATION ON THE UNIT DISCHARGE OF THE THALAMUS PARAFASCICULARIS NUCLEUS OF THE ADJUVANT ARTHRITIS RATS

Adjuvant arthritis(AA)rats were used as an animal model of chronic pain.Comparisons were made between the types of parafascicular(Pf)nucleus units ofsuch rats and those of the healthy animals.Among the 124 units recorded fromthe healthy animals,the frequency of discharge of 40 units(32%)was increased bybrushing stimuli;73 units(59%)showed no change.However,among the 109units in AA rats,the frequency of discharge of 51 units(47%)was increased by brush-ing stimuli;44 units(40%)showed no change.Among the 124 units of thehealthy animals,73 units(59%)were nociceptive,49 units(40%)were con-vergent;while among the 109 units in the AA rats,44 units(40%)were nociceptive,63 units(58%)were convergent.Thus,it appears that the Pf neurons of theAA rats showed some hypersensitivity to light mechanical stimuli and AA ratshad more convergent units than normal rats.
